How Many Calories Does an Indian Vegetarian Need?
Calories depend on your bodyweight, height, age, activity level and goal. We use the Mifflin-St Jeor equation — the most validated BMR formula — then multiply by your activity factor (TDEE). For bulking we add 300–500 kcal; for fat loss we subtract 400 kcal.
